Enjoy the partial shimmering lake views from this spacious South Lake Tahoe condo. With three levels, the entire family can spread out or be together and enjoy the balcony, the large stone gas fireplace, or cook a meal in the beautifully updated kitchen. Deluxe resort amenities include two shared hot tubs and pools, a sauna, and more! You'll also have access to the private beach and a shared dock.

Mere steps to the beaches of Lake Tahoe, this condo's location is ideal for spending your summer days on the lake. World-class skiing, at Heavenly Ski Resort, is just over a mile away. Head over to Stateline, for a Nevada casino, it's only two miles away.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Ski shuttle details: The shuttle will take you to Heavenly and/or the casinos.
Hours are: (8am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am-Midnight Friday & Saturday)

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location
Great place to stay. Close to the lake and pool. The little boys love the swimming pool. We got to see bears in the complex. Each morning the bear had gotten into people’s trash and had scattered it all over. It was cleaned up quickly. The home was not as clean as I thought it should be. We only got two kitchen towels and no beach towels. I made a phone call and they quickly brought over kitchen towels along with hot pads and beach towels. Some of the frying pans were not clean at all and were very old. The food would stick very bad. I wish they would have had dishes that were better for children. I ended up buying plastic cups. The refrigerator door Was kind of broken. They came in and fixed it the best they could and said they would have to order a part. The fridge was working. No central air. They did have plenty of fans. It still got kind of hot in the afternoon. They only give you 2 parking passes. We ended up with three cars and they did give us another pass. The whole location was very nice, quiet and relaxing. All in all we had a great time.

Perfect ski house
We had a great time staying at this condo! It was perfect for our large group. The condo was clean, spacious, and conveniently located for Heavenly and Kirkwood. It was also very nice to be right on the lake and to have access to a hot tub. Vacasa was very proactive with communication and made check in and check out extremely easy. The only difficult part was parking. With a house that accommodated such a large group, we would’ve appreciated more than two parking permits so that we did not have to pay for parking elsewhere in South Lake. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Great location
Enjoyed our stay, close to everything, great amenities. Photos are a bit deceiving, you are not right on the lake. Livingroom furniture and carpeting could use an update.

The check in process for this property was horrible. The lack of communication for the office handling this property and the communication sent via email and tex message did not match. The house was mediocre and did not appear as nice as on the photos. The location of the property was good but due to the terrible check in experience I will most likely not ever use them again.

Good location, dated property
The location is good, close to the pool and beach access which was nice. The property is extremely dated though and needs some attention. The family room carpet needs cleaned there are stains all over and the one chair is broken. One side of the kitchen sink doesn’t drain. One bed downstairs needs a new mattress, unless you and your spouse like sinking towards each other in the middle. The pillows are all flat too.

Everything but the Grill
Lots of room, comfortable beds, could use maybe an extra pot or two and definitely a sponge, but my only serious complaint is the lack of a grill. Best service of all, THE SHUTTLE!!!! So dependable and courteous! Thanks . Also a shout out to the front desk, Jacob! So helpful and willing.

Satisfactory Stay
We have stayed at Lakeland Village many times in the past and like to try out different units each time. This one was the most spacious we’ve stayed in and the three full baths make it super comfortable for staying with a group. Cleanliness was not up to our standards as we found food and candy wrappers on the floor and it had an overall feeling of needing a deep clean. Also, kitchen does not have a pantry or empty cabinets so all food storage must be on top of the counters. Overall location and amount of space was good, but needs better cleaning.

Girls weekend
My friends and I decided to take a weekend trip to Lake Tahoe after Stagecoach was canceled for the second time. This townhouse was in a great location as it was walkable to shops, restaurants, and the lake. It was the cleanest though when we arrived. We found confetti on the stairs, our trash cans in the rooms weren’t empty, and there was hair in two of the showers. There was also limited cooking utensils and pans. Overall it was a good stay though

Super roomy 3-story condo
Loved the three story layout. 4 bedrooms, plus loft with 2 beds, afforded plenty of room and sleeping choices. Lake and private beach was just a few short steps from the condo. Plenty of storage with closets and dressers. And thrilled we had our own washer and dryer. We'll definitely be back!!!

Wonderful Lake House At South Lake Tahoe
Gorgeous Lake House at South Lake Tahoe right on the beach. Plenty of space for our bachelorette party. Very clean and had all the amenities including wi-fi, laundry, cookware, hair dryer, etc. It was a wonderful trip! Would definitely come back and stay here again.

Girls Tahoe getaway
We had a wonderful time and the condo accommodations were great. Contrary to the photos of property, we did not have use of pool area or amenities. This we were told at front desk. There was a broken slat in blind, a bedroom lamp did not work and a dining chair was loose. The internet was down and could not connect with a work conference. The beds were freshly made and very comfortable, the weather was picture perfect and we had a wonderful stay. Location was also perfect. I would definitely return , just confirm use of amenities and location of unit.

Great location!
When we first arrived we were disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of some of the furniture. After speaking with property management company, they were very helpful and so easy to talk with. They sent over a cleaning crew and a new gas bbq as one of the pictures showed one at the property. Tonja was so sweet and helpful she really smoothed things over and made us satisfied customers. The location was great!! We hung out on the beach most of every day. Had a great time. The home was very roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The towels and linens were nice and thank you for providing laundry soap. The mattresses were fairly worn and a few of us had sore backs but overall we are completely satisfied!! I’ve already booked the home for next year.

Family Vacation
This is a great property for families and multi families. Kid friendly, clean and great location. The beds are uncomfortable but the overall stay was amazing! I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.
