* Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside.
* Relatively steep stair case to downstairs - it's not crazy, but use caution.

* Main floor is accessible without stairs (small step ups).

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party, this is not it. Please no celebratory parties like bachelor, bachelorette, etc. This is a family oriented, tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.

Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
