This luxury home has two levels. The main living areas are located on the top level. The gourmet kitchen is located at the rear of the home, allowing for gorgeous backyard views through the large cathedral windows. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped.

To one side of the great room is the dining nook. Right in front of the large cathedral windows is a sitting area with a fireplace and flat-screen television. Off the great room is access to the rear deck, which features a private hot tub.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, with the master bedroom on the front side of the home. This spacious master bedroom features a Cal King-sized bed, a daybed, a fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a private deck. The master ensuite bathroom is the perfect oasis, with a large Jacuzzi tub and separate stand-up shower.

The second bedroom is located off of the kitchen and features a queen-sized bed. Above the kitchen is the upstairs loft. This space has a pool table and a pull-out couch that can sleep one person. Downstairs is the remaining two bedrooms and the family room. Each bedroom features a queen bed, and guests will use the shared full bathroom on this level. Also on this level is the cozy family room. This room is perfect for the kids to watch a movie before bed and has a futon that allows for extra sleep.

The Lodgepole Pine Chalet is located in the area of Meyers, the gateway to Lake Tahoe from Sacramento and the Highway 50 Corridor. This area is about 5 minutes to the ‘Y,’ 15 minutes from the state line, and seven miles to Lake Tahoe. In the summer, enjoy playing golf on one of the two golf courses in Meyers. Tahoe Paradise Golf Course is within walking distance, a great golf course for every ability. In the winter, you can walk to snowmobiling trails and Tube Tahoe. The home also backs up to trails that are perfect for mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country skiing! If you want to enjoy some time on the slopes, this home is 39 minutes from Kirkwood Mountain Resort, 18 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, and only 16 minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort.
