"We stayed in The Barn for a couple of nights, a wonderful house , very comfortable, plenty of space. It was a little cold, and did take a while to heat up after we turned the heat on. One thing to note, there are no instructions on how to use the beautiful Falcon stove. Maybe a simple sign in the kitchen , with the basic instructions please, for those like us who have no experience with this type of stove."

"Great modern lodge full of all amenities just outside Balloch - perfect for our big group! Only inconvenience was the cash only deposit and having to coordinate checkout time and wait for the staff to check."

"This was a lovely peaceful place to stay. The house felt like a home and had everything we needed. We were pleased we had a car, it would’ve been difficult to access the property without one. It was only a short drive to the shops to get supplies. Tay cottage was private. We enjoyed sitting in the spa and looking out onto a paddock of sheep and the towns in the distance . We’d definitely come back if we had the opportunity."

"This is a perfect lodge in a beautiful setting. Ideal for dogs with their own doggy paddock and open fields. On arrival, Lesley is there to meet ,and settle you in. Everything is thought of a real home from home with a cosy log burning stove to relax in front off "

"The property all on ground floor which was great close to the hospital. It was local to where we were meeting relatives for a long weekend away. Very clean and well heated and wifi was ok. Only negatives were we couldnt find a toaster or a wire grill to toast in oven and after contacting host re hairdryer was told in was broken. Luckily I washed by hair the day we travelled and its just about ok 3 days later. Would have took mine if known but itinery specified one."

"O quarto era simples, mas com tudo que necessitamos. Escova de cabelo, cabides para pendurar casacos, mesa e cadeira. O banheiro era bom, e a água quente tinha uma ótima pressão. O café da manhã era ótimo e padrão da rede com frutas, iogurtes, geleias pães, croissant, sucos, cafés e chás. Só senti falta de ter ovos mexidos (seria perfeito). "

"O CitizenM não tem erro, é um hotel excelente. O único ponto de atenção é para o tamanho do quarto, que realmente é muito pequeno. Mas isso é superado pelo ótimo atendimento dos funcionários, tecnologia aplicada em tudo, qualidade do café da manhã, decoração, entre outros."

"Bed was comfortable. Nice shared areas. 2 stations from the Center or a 20 min walk.. Great overall, but as mentioned in other reviews cleaning could be a bit better.. Only thing that I didn’t like is that they blocked my room before check out time - 15 minutes before, so I was actually going to pick up my luggage and leave, and had to go down to reception…talk to receptionist… and then go back to room and finally be able to take my stuff "
