Extremely limited parking, one vehicle per “lodge” and you have people with pickups and trailers who take up too much space. The windows inside and out haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. The broom and dustpan were filthy. The bathroom ceiling apparently had an infestation of tiny flies and someone sprayed them with bug spray, therefore the ceiling was covered in little black specks. We closed the curtains and the dust was thick. The wall furnace is covered in rust. I opened the medicine cabinet hoping to store toiletries and it is covered in rust. There was mold along the caulking around the kitchen sink. There is no office so good luck getting help.

it was not exactly what I wanted. it was to close to town. busy side roads.
The rental process was easy but to many emails. I wish I could have more access to a person to ask questions to I was hoping to be able to change cabins and get one with a wood burning stove. It was a nice place for the price.

More than serviceable
Small place, but it served its purpose well enough. Heat is only provided in the main living space/kitchen and the bathroom. If you close the doors, the heat does not get into the bedrooms. It would have been nice to know what kitchen equipment was onsite. Thankfully the friends who met us there left the next morning, so they were able to bring the additional items that were not onsite (baking pan, etc.) Instructions on access were great, good location right off 160, and the place served the purpose of our visit well. Definitely would use again, just be even more prepared with additional items.

Just ok
The cabin was ok but there were a few issues. The kitchen faucet leaked and the bathtub drain didn’t hold water well for baths. And there was a dirty sock under one of the beds when we got there that must have been missed during the cleaning before we arrived. I also found the kitchen to be a little under stocked...no pans for cooking things in the oven, etc. But overall it served its purpose for a decent price.

Great Stay!
We would definitely come back if our travels bring us back to the area. Great place to stay to fish, sight see, we enjoyed it. Place was clean and comfortable.

Nice little cabin/hotel. Only complaint is that the property owners, Vacasa vacation rentals, would not respond quickly online and their hold time for phone calls were over an hour.

Cozy room.
The actual room matches the photos. Was very clean, all appliances worked. Very convenient to stores. The room is very cozy, so if 6 were staying here, other than sleeping, space might be a little tight. However you do not come to Colrado to hang out in a cabin room all day. For the price you can not beat this room.

The unit was clean, beds comfortable. The plumbing needed some work in the bathroom. The cold water in the tub did not work very well. And the kitchen could have had more in the way of utensils. But it had the basics and fortunately I bring some kitchen items with me, so it was fine.

Nice place in Col. to stay and reasonably priced
The overall stay was enjoyable. My cousin had a few issues with the limited and location of the AC outlets. The butcher knives could use a sharpening. No onsite mgr was not known until we arrived. Not a big issue. The large hot-tub or small heated pool was chained down. I might have used it? Cable TV link dropped, but maintenance guy happened to be on site at the time so he got it going quickly OK. Little unclear about the trash pick up. Could not be left outside because of birds getting it, no method known on routine for this other than catching the housekeeping ladies when we saw them. Additional lighting in main room would have helped a bit, maybe just our eyesights? My cousin did complain about the limited cooling inside at night, fans helped some. Entrance to property could have had additional lighting at night. Fishing at nearby Beaver Creek Res. was very good and lake was full not like the satellite view depicted. We did have problems with the microwave unit and understanding the timer numbers. The bowls as in dishes were limited. I was in the single bed room and the lamp switch had issues. Just one more issue was with only one bar of soap in the beginning. Over all again we did enjoy our stay for the 11 nights in early June 2018.
