"My wife and I came into town for a concert at Red Rocks. Absolutely loved this cabin. It had everything we needed and was close to Red Rocks and all the great hiking trails. Property owner communicated very well and left no questions unanswered. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area. "

"It was a very cool place to stay - the hot tub was great and the loft was a fun feature. It was ideal for two people, how I would not recommend this for more than two people for multiple nights as it’s pretty small. If you plan to do a lot of cooking this may not be the best choice either. Other than that, the management was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay in the woods! Highly recommended!"

"We loved this home. I would live here if I could! It's easy to get to, granted we were there in October with no snow. It was clean at arrival, Nate was very informative and checked on us while on our stay, but we didn't need anything because it was great! "I was very impressed with the cleanliness! When renting a "cabin," you never know what you'll get. It was so peaceful and quiet. I loved the river flowing by and the elk who came to visit. The keys were in an envelope by the door with a cute smiley face on it, and that was just one of the many small touches that made this place a new favorite. I would stay here instead of in a hotel any day! I recommend this place and would give it 10 stars if I could."

"Just the best area-walk in Wash Park, quick shot to downtown, Cherry Creek, the highway. House was huge-would be great for a family gathering. Nice garage and street parking. Close to great restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. I am not a fan of the "hidden" fee damage deposit that arises upon booking. I sympathize with owners who have had damage, but if I had not been pressed for time, I might have shopped for a different option. Overall a great home!"
