"don't know why Hotels.com ask about a charge point - there's virtually none in Devon and Cornwall once you get outside of Plymouth and Truro so i have no idea why this would make any difference to the quality of the accommodation.... This is a great place to stay and is very well used by the locals. Ive stayed here a few times before so im happy to return whenever im in the area"

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"I was looking for an off season retreat where I could relax and be looked after. Greenbank was perfect for this. The hotel delivers comfort with excellent, friendly service and delicious food. My room was clean, comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed. Locally sourced refreshments are provided and toiletries that promote relaxation. "All members of staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef was very supportive with allergies and worked out a menu suitable for dairy/soya free which was very kind and hopefully next time we can try it out as this time we are out. They cooked a beautiful dairy free breakfast for her. The breakfast buffet was beautiful and all delicious.
