"What a fantastic getaway, we were met upon arrival although the details for getting into the property were emailed, i missed it! When we got in, there was a welcome gift of some lovely scones and clotted cream which was just the cherry on top as the accomodation was beutifull. The sofa and chair in the seating are were so comfortable and we spenf the morning of day 2 just chilling out there with a book due to the rain, the bed was so comfortable i could have stayed in it all day. "Booked through Expedia, but when I arrived the accommodation it was closed down for refurbishment. Bizarrely they are refusing to give a refund, despite the fact that they have taken both my booking and money for a service that is not available"

"We booked one night here to start our first family holiday tour of Cornwall. We could not rate this place anymore. A lovely friendly welcome amd stay. The landlord couldn’t have done enough for us and the newly refurbished room was first class. We were then treated to a wonderful full Cornish breakfast before leaving for our next stay.
