This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
Linen not provided (unless requested $70 fee)
$350 refundable security deposit to be paid prior to start of rental

Cottage to be left as clean as you found it (spotless) or a portion of the security deposit will be withheld
Only people registered on the rental will be allowed access to the cottage

Cleaning fee of $200 minimum will be required if the cottage is not left clean and tidy as per the owner's expectation.
The cottage is a SMOKE FREE residence. Any damage due to cigarette burns, including the exterior deck, buildings or property will be deducted from your deposit. This includes fumigation of the entire cottage due to, lingering tobacco or pet odors, or illegal substances.
The maximum number of occupants and guests or visitors using the cottage premises shall not exceed six (6). A portion of the security deposit will be withheld if this number is exceeded.
Only registered renters shall have access to the cottage. An extra fee of $50 will be required for any guests over and above the registered guests You must get approval from the owners for any additional visitors or guests
Renter(s) will be responsible for depositing all garbage in the bin at the end of the driveway (Including bottles). Garbage (including bottles) left for disposal by the owner, will trigger a disposal fee of $100. Garbage and other foods can and will attract animals such as bear, raccoons, mice, etc. Garbage and food must be sealed to reduce odors, and stowed in the garbage bin at the edge of the road.
There is a 2 bag per week limit (local by-law) any bags in excess of this must be disposed of by the Renter(s). The Renter(s) shall be responsible for any repairs required due to damage relating to the furrowing of animals for food due to improperly stored material.
Firewood: Any firewood on the property is the property of the owners and shall not be used
