"We enjoyed our one night stay for Valentine’s Day. The staff were friendly and kind. The hot tub was a plus and so nice to sit in while it was snowing. We were a little bummed with the breakfast because we went down at 6:15 and it wasn’t quite setup yet. Also the bar wasn’t open at 9:30 so we did not get to enjoy a night cap which is fine because I think there was a technical issue with the register. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back soon. "

"The Hotel is excellent. The staff very nice. But they make a mistake and charge us the room in in the credit card again, being that we had paid the room through the Hoteis.com. We made a phone call and they found the error. But they have not sent so far the email of confirmation of the charge cancellation on the credit card as they had promised. We are still waiting."

"We stayed at The Sparrow last night and thoroughly enjoyed the stay! The staff was warm, friendly and went "above and beyond" to deliver on an expectation we had from a "write up" about the hotel! Our room was clean, cozy and had all the needed amenities, without feeling overdone. The bed was comfortable, some may feel it is a bit too soft, but we slept just great! The location is nice as there are lots of walkable dining/bar options nearby. Loved it!"

After.trouble shooting we could not get it to work. So he prompty switched my room. "Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is super convenient for college move-in for west campus dorms and apartments. Easy access, lots of parking. Convenient restaurant across the parking lot. Rooms have kitchenettes! I did not partake of the included breakfast, but I did take advantage of the coffee and iced lemon water in the lobby! Only disappointment was the hot tub was out of order. "
