"The instructions were easy to understand for the check in. There was ample space for 4 adults with games, kitchen items, and things for the beach. The house was well decorated to feel like home and had an AC, which helped with the warm and humid weather. The ocean view was amazing and felt so peaceful. Overall enjoyed the stay very much :)"

"My sisters and I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hosts so helpful, they went the extra mile for sure. Truly made our traveling and stay much nicer. The condo is clean and spacious. Gave us a nice place to relax after outings, or when staying in a great view of the ocean. Would definitely book with them again."

"I flew into San Diego on a Tuesday and allowed myself in with a door code self check in that was sent to me prior to my arrival. I immediately got into my shorts & slippers and was on the beach in imperial beach. I enjoyed my stay on the beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean!!! The rental met ALL my expectations and I plan on using this rental property from now on. Sweet Serenity!!!"

"Good value for visiting San Diego, everything is within a hour drive. Nearby grocery store and gas. The local is quite warm and there is no AC, the fans are ok but it’s not the same. Some furniture pieces are old and worn, such as carpet, need to be washed or replaced, and there is no dish washer. On the positive side, washer and dryer were great, bedrooms are clean, and host was easy to reach and communicate with. Would consider again if we come back to San Diego in the future. "

"Very nice place. Good parking. Great view and close walk to beach, near a park and some shops. Only downside had to do with the neighbors smoking out on their balcony which made sitting outside unpleasant at times. I suspect they aren’t supposed to do that and were also vacationers. Property itself is excellent. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Bedroom with the 2 beds is tight but having two queens is nice for more people."

"The property is in a good location right on the beach. A lot of homeless on the grass area, made it a little uncomfortable to sit out and enjoy. The pictures of the unit itself are not as it is now. The carpet and couch had so many stains it was disgusting. Master shower leaked water on floor, half the light bulbs were burnt out. He pre-approved that we host my bridal shower at his property with pre-approved rules and an event fee. There were no issues. One night we were to loud and he nicely texted me to turn down our music.
