"Very average hotel, with VERY old style. Urgently needs a renovation. I think that the staff if the best thing the hotel has, since they are friendly and helpful. But, once again... I cannot undestand a hotel of this size and importance in Agadir... being SO OLD. Something needs to be done urgently, if they do not want to lose customers. Ohhh... Internet is only available in th Lobby for free. Should upgrade it to the rooms also. Sometime to work, I need privicy. I think there are better...

The rooms are incredible (we had a junior suite and I was really impressed) the ambience of the public spaces is warm, friendly and convivial and the staff are stellar -particular shout out to Rida in the restaurant who hit the balance being professional and attentive at all times and personal and warm when the opportunity arose. "This hotel is beautiful. My husband and I have just spent two weeks at this hotel. It is spotlesslessly clean, and the staff are wonderful - engaging, polite and happy to do anything for you. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach so there is a constant coastal breeze which helps to take the edge off the heat.
