A few important points to note:

● Non-Smoking Accommodation: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. You may, of course, smoke outside in the shared garden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in additional cleaning fees.

● Electric Vehicle Charging: The home's electrical system is not suitable for charging vehicles. A high-speed public charging station is available 500m away for your safety.

● Pets: To guarantee a healthy environment for all our guests, including those with allergies, pets are not allowed.

● Maximum Occupancy: The apartment is limited by local regulations to a maximum occupancy of 2 people (adults and/or children combined), without exception. Therefore, babies and additional children cannot be accommodated.

● Shared outdoor space: The garden and terrace are relaxing spaces to share respectfully and convivially with other travelers.
