Anniversary Trip
This was our first visit to Italy and was disappointed in the property description and communication. The apartment itself was beautiful and the scene was gorgeous. Our challenges were with the location of the apartment and getting up to it. My husband and I are both "fit" and healthy and really struggled up to the apartment. The gate to the property was a 75 foot steep walk. To the apartment, from the gate, there were (4) 100 foot steep walks. I had to stop half way. Once we got to the steps of the apartment, there were about 40 steps (with luggage). My husband almost vomited once inside the apartment. This was ALOT to get to the apartment. They need a golf cart to just take you to the apartment.
Communication with a staff member was good until we had concerns. I reached out 4x through text before I called to hearing anything.
We knew that the location was just outside Sorrento but there was nothing around. If you don't rent a car, you are stuck there. Bus times are not accurate. We paid $40 for the two of us to get to Sorrento and then $40 back.
Overall, we will not be returning to this property.
