"This year I spent the winter solstice soaking in a hot tub in peaceful silence and perfect darkness. The only sound was the patter of rain on the leaves, which continued on the roof of my cozy cabin facing a perfect little stream. The air here is so clean and the river access is pretty good even for older folks. My wife and I found the host Emkay was quite lovely and communicative and has gone to great lengths to create a tranquil and safe space with lots of quirky personal touches. "

"Well, the unit was small. It had been indicated as being small, but had all the necessary. And we need cheese for what I was looking for which was basically a home base for 2 or 3 nights. "This home isn’t only beautiful. But super cozy. The stay was excellent. The check in was a very fast process. This is our second time renting from this company different locations and both are amazing. Highly recommend "

"We stay at this unit often and it’s very cozy! The owner is a pleasure to work with. "

"This home was perfect for our get together with longtime friends. The beach location was wonderful and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. It’s a condo unit towards the back of the property and we were able to negotiate the road in the dark. I had trouble with the access code, user error no doubt but the owner checked to ensure we were in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I would recommend this comfortable, nice home on the beach!"

"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"MY STAY WITH MY FAMILY WAS AWESOME. LILY IS A GREAT HOST AND WAS ABLE TO HELP ME WITH ALL MY NEEDS. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK. "

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to everything. Great attention to detail in the unit. Nicely decorated. The shower, was amazing. Water pressure was excellent. The shower is located in the hallway so you don’t have to disturb anyone in the bedrooms. Parking for two cars was a bonus, since there is plenty of people checking out the pier which made parking limited. We can’t wait to stay there again. "

"Friends spending time together is special. We were able to fully enjoy the Capitola area from this VRBO. The unit was funky and fun."
