"The place had excellent reviews, which is partially why we chose it. It did not disappoint! The hot tub was well maintained and a lovely addition. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom were incredibly clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to cook. We packed a cooler with food so we could make breakfast and lunch there and we lacked nothing! Hosts were non-intrusive, but very supportive! We felt like we had a truly memorable getaway space! 10/10-would stay...

"A beautiful property in a beautiful setting - the lovely photograph does not do the property justice. It is a fantastic spot with lots of wildlife to watch from the balcony. The property has every amenity you could want and more. It is very comfortable and luxurious. Michelle and Sarocha were very friendly and gave us a lovely personal welcome, showing us around the property and also telling us about the area and where to go. "This is an absolute beautiful spot on the river. Our 3 night stay was wonderful especially the bear watching as well as all the other birds and fish visible from your living room windows. The first day we had a mother bear and 3 cubs come down to the other side of the river to eat some salmon that were swimming in the water. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice having a sink and toilet off of the master bedroom. This unit is on the top floor which was fine for us however...

"The house was lovely. Beautifully appointed. Very well equipped. Linens excellent. Excellent location. Amazing views and literally less than 5 minutes to the ferry. Highly recommend this stunning place. A minor downside for us as over 70, was that the only bathroom was on a different floor than the bedrooms. Also I couldn’t make the ‘send a message to the owner’ link work prior to arriving. Contact info was available on arrival. "

"What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina."

"Beautiful home with great view of Heriot Bay. We stayed in same house last year. Tina has made a number of improvements to an already beautiful house. Patio really nice with great view. No laundry or hot tub available due to island water restrictions, but not really an issue. Definitely recommend "

"This location is so perfect for a get away to Quadra. It was close to all the major trails so getting there was so easy. The view from the property is amazing. We sat on the chairs in the yard and just watched the activities on the water . Ian and Julie were great. The communication from start to finish was first class. We will stay with them again."
