"We wanting a place near town to visit my mom and friends nearby. This was the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to have them stop by. Host was fantastic with her communication from start to finish! All the amenities offered in this home was fantastic!communication fro."

"Loved the house! Very comfortable beds and kitchen was well-stocked. There was more than we needed. However, I would randomly check up on cleaning crew to make sure they are stocking the house with necessities like bath soap, laundry detergent and toilet paper, all of which we had to make a special trip to buy. Also the shower curtains need to be washed."

"This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It was centrally located, easy to find, and the house was easy to access. The pool and patio area was a great place to hang out and eat dinner. The property manager was responsive and helpful."

"We came to Yuma to ride rzr in all the areas my father in law took us when he was alive. A lot of great memories of trails we used to ride. Place was great for us, place for dog to play when we got back. We accidentally left a bunch of wash cloths in bathroom drawer. "

"We were looking for a place close to the grandparents house when visiting and this house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The bed in the master room was so comfortable! Our 4 year old loved the big soaking tub that she refused to take a shower and had to take a bath every day. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
