"We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "

"The mornings were absolutely beautiful to see from the large front windows. Wild & domestic life (rabbits, so many birds, alpacas, horses, a pony, & a positively awesome dog) were very welcome, & all served to make the experience perfect. The host-provided a book of annotated walking trail printouts which fueled our days. Evenings were cozy in the upstairs with the provided furniture, blankets, & pillows. "We stayed at cottage for 3 nights & had a relaxing break.... Cottage was clean & tidy just like stopping at my grans many years ago!! A great area to explore & weather was good for the time of the year..... Adrian is a super host & made sure all was okay at cottage ~ just make sure you bring some cash to pay for electricity that you use during your stay 🤑"

"I spent a relaxing 5 days here with my family (7 of us, ages 5 to 70). The views from the house are beautiful, and I probably spent too much time just gazing out of them! The house is cosy, very well equipped and spacious. For the outdoor minded there are plenty of walks in the area, and lots of little beaches to discover. Our kids really enjoyed the beach at Abereriddy. Porthgain is a short walk and boasts a nice bistro, country pub and local art galleries. The escape the room near St David's...

"This annexe has everything needed for a relaxing stay . Is warm , well equipped , comfy and hosts really friendly and welcoming . Tricky to find however hosts provided excellent directions and is in rural location with great walks whilst being close proximity to town etc"

"Well we can find nothing negative to say about this holiday home - even if we wanted to !! Equipped to the highest standard and fantastic attention to detail in terms of decor and comfort and facilties. The beds are comfy , plenty of hot water for either bathing or showering and superbly equipped kitchen and laundry facilities which is really important if you are walking in the wet and mud . The location is perfect too with a 15 minute walk to Porthgain where there is some excellent bar...

"First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints! Easy to get too and access the property. Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans. Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling. Sofa bed was comfy and lovely to cwtch on to watch...

"Beautiful quaint little property. A welcome change from the general pace of life. We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful cottage, Christina who owns the property was the perfect host. There was plenty of room for our dog to run around in the outside and even though it was November it was clear that the gardens were amazing. We hope to go back again soon when the weather is better.Thank you Christina for making us so welcome we really appreciate it."
