"Definetely make sure that you book one of the upper rooms, not the ones that are on the base level next to rececption. They have no balkony, no view, only a small window and are very dark inside. The upper rooms have a nice view, are brighter, private balcony and they are a bit better equiped. The woman that is at the reception most of the time does not speak any english, which made communication difficult at some time, because she had to phone her husband. Apart from that i had a nice stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at Amaryllis Hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations, clean, spacious, comfortable, good breakfast and easy parking. The owner, Mr Ianni was amazing and beyond helpful. Our bags we lost by the airline and Mr Ianni pulled out all stops in communicating with the airline to find them and have them returned to us - he even offered to collect them from drop off point in another town. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return there when we next visit...

"The villa was great - spacious for 4, clean and well equipped. The views from the terrace were amazing. The ping-pong and football tables were much appreciated and of course the pool was fantastic. The host, Despina, was very welcoming and helpful. There are nice beaches nearby but bear in mind that you will need transport to get to them - and the local roads are narrow, winding and sometimes quite potholed. Overall, a very nice spot if you're willing to go slightly off the beaten track...

"We had a very great stay at Villa Aspro. Despite the extreme heat outside it was good inside. The view is really awesome. We were with 6 and a baby and we had plenty of room for all of us. "It's about an hour and 20 minutes outside of Athens. We spent our week at this gorgeous home and have never felt so refreshed. The town nearby is cute and has a lot of shops and a great spa. There's a lookout by the lighthouse right down the road and the restaurants nearby were all great. The host was super helpful and easily contacted. I would absolutely recommend this place if you're traveling with a group. 10/10 I would book this place again. "
