"This property is absolutely beautiful! The entire home is spacious and inviting. The home is well stocked. You will love the size of the kitchen. The bedrooms have high quality bedding and mattresses - very comfortable. The views of the ocean are incredible. We were able to see dolphins every day that we were there. "We had an excellent stay in Solana Beach. Ann's place is beautiful and very well equipped. It is located in a great neighborhood where you can easily walk to the beach, various shops on Cedros Avenue, lovely cafes and restaurants. Mariam, who welcomed us, gave us a warm welcome and recommended numerous restaurants and places of interest. She was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place!!"

"We spent a week at this property after being in the Solana Beach area already for a week. The check in was smooth and had been relayed to us a week before we arrived. The condo had electronic locks so that was easy. The condo does not have a/c so the house was hot and stuffy when we arrived but there are nice powerful fans in each room and it helped. "I planned a girls trip to San Diego and stayed here - 5/5 starts would definitely recommend! The house was amazing and in a perfect location overlooking the horse track. We especially loved the spacious outdoor patio and pool/spa. Alexander was also great and quickly replied to any questions we had. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!"

"The condo was perfect for our family vacation! Newly and beautifully remodeled, we couldn’t have asked for more! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extras for the littles (high chair, pack and play, stroller, beach chairs, toys, trundle bed) made our stay a breeze. Beds were comfy, plush linens and lux spa-like shower were really nice; the outdoor private patio allowed for morning coffee and evening relaxing while kids were inside sleeping.
