"Me and my friends had a great holiday here! A beautiful villa with beautiful views of the mountains. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very neat. Communication with Peter and Ginny was also great, as well as with manager Cathy. For example, we found two wasp nests near the swimming pool and within fifteen minutes someone was there to remove them. So if you want a top holiday in a quiet place, close to shops and the beach and other nice towns, this is definitely recommended!"

"Had the most incredible stay at Cabana De Piedra! I stayed recently with my friends for our 30th birthday celebration. It was so perfect. The villa is in the most incredible remote location in the mountains. The views are spectacular and so dreamy! The villa was perfect for a big group, had everything we needed and was spotless. The owner, Miguel, was Very friendly and helped our taxis get to the villa, as well as the chef we had arranged. The villa is remote so you need to bear that in mind...

"We had a family reunion of 18 people for 2 weeks, ages ranging from 2 to 67. Villa was perfect, easily accommodating 18 people for sleeping, eating and lots of activities. It has one indoor and two outdoor eating areas, each for over 20 people! Lovely view of ocean from villa. Mijas is centrally located between Malaga and Marbella, with beautiful beaches. We were able to park 5 cars; you do need to drive everywhere. Our host Sten responded very quickly to any questions or issues. Fabulous...

"The property and garden are wonderful. The pool also, although we had some issues there. The filtering system failed, but the owner took action and sent someone to fix it. There was air conditioning throughout the Villa and there were several refrigerators - that was perfect in the warm weather."

"This villa is gorgeous and the location is perfect but the whole place is damp and smells. The fridge was mouldy and none of the air con worked for heat or cold air. The pool was too cold to get in, there is a huge hotel that has been built nextdoor so that blocks all the sun to it and it is not a saltwater pool as advised. This villa needs some tlc from its owners and it could be amazing, the damp really lets it down. We were waking up with wet sheets from it."
