This is a townhome / duplex. The POOL is a Villas By The Sea Community Pool maintained and operated by the HOA. The pool is open for guests Apr 1 - Oct 31. It is not a heated pool. Pool hours are 10 am until dusk.
When you arrive, our parking easily fits five (5) vehicles, one (1) in the garage and four (4) in the driveway, still leaving plenty of room to store beach/pool gear. Use our 4-floors ELEVATOR to effortlessly unload your luggage and groceries and settle into one of the 6 bedrooms.
Amenities make it for a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay, and include Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, Washer & Dryer, Deck Furniture throughout, Outdoor Shower, Hose and a Grill.
Watch the kids play on the PRIVATE ACCESS BEACH, just a quick 90 steps away from the front door. Or splash in the oceanfront community POOL, reserved just for Villas residents and tenants.
Fresh linens & bath towels are provided by a linen service. A required linen fee applies. Beds are not made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
We make sure there is toilet paper in each bathroom, and bags in the trash cans to start you off. We provide an amenity starter package with a roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, small bottles of dish soap, hand soap, lotion, etc., and coffee packet for one pot. We do not provide enough of these amenities for your entire stay.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• The property is non-smoking / non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house, on the decks or in the garage. Smoking of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. This is a hypoallergenic house in which the owners, who occupy the house part time have severe sensitivities to dogs.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (5) vehicles, four (4) in the driveway and one (1) in the garage. No additional parking is provided.
Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.
Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
