Welcome to Stella Maris at North Topsail Beach, a beautifully decorated oceanfront getaway perfect for your vacation. With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, 4 decks, and amenities like an outdoor shower and direct beach access, you’ll have everything you need to relax. Enjoy the sound-side/intracoastal access for kayaking, fishing, and wildlife sightseeing, too.

Ground Level:
Upon arrival, you’ll immediately smell the salty air and hear the waves crashing. The townhome has covered parking for one small vehicle, with space for 2 more in the driveway.

Exclusive beach access is shared by the Shipwatch I Townhomes community. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the luxurious outdoor shower with hot and cold water or relax in the hammock. There’s also a community outdoor shower and hose near the boardwalk for rinsing your beach gear. As the townhome closest to the beach access, you’re just steps away from the shore.

First Level: Enter the front door to a welcoming entryway, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Both front and rear decks are covered. The master bedroom leads to the rear deck with stunning ocean views.

• Bedroom One (Master): Features a king-sized bed, elegant wooden furniture, a flat-screen smart TV (with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, etc.), and sliding glass doors that open to the covered deck, perfect for shade after a sunny day. The bathroom, shared with the second bedroom, is conveniently adjacent.

• Bedroom Two: Located on the west side of the home, this bedroom features a beautiful full/full wooden bunk bed with a twin trundle, a wooden dresser, a flat-screen smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, etc.), and ample closet space. The shared bathroom is just down the hall.

Second Level: The second level is the heart of the home, with the kitchen, dining area, living room, a powder room, and two more decks.

• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a skylight makes cooking a breeze. There’s plenty of space to whip up meals with local ingredients.
• Living Room: Featuring modern beachy décor, a vaulted ceiling, a large flat-screen smart TV (with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, etc.), and a sliding glass door to the oceanfront deck. With a couch, Queen sleeper sofa, and two accent chairs, there’s plenty of room to unwind after a long day.
• Dining Area: The dining area, located within the kitchen, comfortably seats 4, with additional seating for 2 at the bar. Whether you’re enjoying a meal or playing board games, it’s a great gathering space.
