Welcome to spacious 2BR/BA condo owned and managed by EastWestGetaway - boutique asset management firm backed up by technology automation. As a fully committed local team of tech innovators, we strive to minimize communication with the guest to provide more privacy during the stay.

Our company invests in properties across the country while our focus is resort getaways that can offer an added value to our guests offering a wide variety of amenities to enjoy short or long-term stay with us.

Villa Capriani is a luxury ocean front resort on the North Carolina coast offering you to enjoy a glimpse of Italy. It has been fully renovated recently and there is no construction on the site anymore.

This listing represents a spacious condo offering a spectacular third floor oceanfront view along with a beautiful courtyard that includes 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, an upscale on-site restaurant - serving both lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

A master bedroom is completely private while a living area opens a gorgeous 3rd floor ocean view.

Second bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and sleeps 4.

In addition the unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 private bath, and flat screen TV.

Enjoy the spectacular covered porch in rain or shine.

For those who prefer to stay longer, unit is equipped with a washer-dryer.

For our beloved guests we provide free password protected wireless internet.

!!!! No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.

!!!! Our team is happy to accommodate with any questions related to the condo. As for resort amenities or other facilities, our team does not take any responsibility as those areas are common and managed by resort management which EastWestGetaway is not associated with.

!!! Resort amenities are accessed using pool bands which are provided on demand and to be paid a small fee for. Please let us know in advance how many you are looking to have for your stay so we can arrange timely. Parking on site is available and requires parking pass which is provided for a small fee. Please notify us in advance about number of vehicles you are bringing so that our team can arrange those timely.

Cozy but needs TLC.
The resort is great. The on site restaurant was great. This unit needs some attention. We were told that the unit was being professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. It smelled like it was just cleaned, but the thoroughness of the cleaning was less than to be desired. Sand in the rugs, still. Main shower had filth in the corners. The filters for the AC units were covered in dust, I had to put the one filter back in. We had to wash the dishes before we used them due to them being put away dirty. As far as the unit itself: Door plates were loose making it difficult to close doors. The closet door wasn’t even hung, the bifold door was broke. Loose door handles. Furniture was very worn. You have to turn the ceiling fan off to open cupboards so they don’t hit the fan. Lightning was low. Main bathroom had 3 bulbs that worked out of the 5/6 and they were all different. Towel rack would not stay hung so we couldn’t use it. Garbage disposal wouldn’t work.

THE WORST HOST FOR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL RESORT
I will start this all off by saying the resort is awesome noting against the property. Our issues were plain and simple with the person/persons we communicated with after the booking. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. After I spent almost $2500 on the booking for my family of 6 I was told I’d need to spend an additional $200 for pool passes and parking passes, which after paying for I never did receive all of. After done talking with the actual people of villa capriani they informed us that each unit it provided with bands (at no charge) for however many the unit sleeps. Ours stated 10 so them trying to charge extra is a scam. I drove 600 miles with my family to stay at this resort only to be treated like a criminal (over text) once I demanded to be provided with the things I had paid for. According to the staff of the resort this seems to be an ongoing problem with these hosts. I HIGHLY suggest you do not book with them, stay at this resort but not with them. The unit was clean for the most part, we were only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4day stay with 6 people. Coffee maker had about 2” of mold inside towel rack broken off the wall closet in master off the tracks. But all of that could have been easily overlooked had I not been belittled by the host, they insulted me continuously telling me how to parent and that I needed to seek mental help. NOT ACCEPTABLE

TERRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE
Villa Capriani is a great resort, this condo and property management company are a complete SCAM. I stayed here over the July 4th, 2024 holiday and will never use this company again. - Charges for pool bands and parking passes were NOT included in the description at the time of booking (it’s now listed) I was informed 48 hours prior to our arrival we would need to pay $25 per pool band & parking pass. - Condo: Kitchen cabinets were sticky, towel bar in the master bathroom fell off wall, closet door broken in master, our feet were black after walking on the floor, dryer left our clothes damp. - Pool bands didn’t work. Messaged property mgmt. on 7/3/24, didn’t hear back until 7/5/24 advising pool bands are property of the resort & to speak with them. - I spoke with the resort and was informed this condo hasn’t paid fees for pool usage and they are aware of this and know they are not to issue pool bands to renters - I get a ridiculous $50 refund for the cost of my pool bands, I advised this is inadequate for my inconvenience and I’ve heard NOTHING back after 48 hours.

Great place, horrible rental company
The Villa is beautiful, fabulous restaurant, sparkling pools, steps from the beach, peaceful... I could go on. But this rental company is the WORST. When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. I was able to reschedule for a different date 2 weeks earlier. They did not send me check in information at all, I had to call the day of arrival and they wouldn't answer the phone until the fourth call. They finally texted me info to get in half an hour after our check in time. We had to pay extra for pool bands and a parking pass just TWO DAYS before our trip. The first night we were locked out because they have a doorknob with no key (only the deadbolt). There's no after hours number to call, only text. The person who was texting me was incredibly rude, I ended up calling my own locksmith for their oversight. Even the locksmith said that's a very irresponsible property owner to not have a key for a lockable door. They expect you to wash their linens the day you leave. Then they tried to say that we stole the pool bands they charged us extra for when the bands were all left in the unit. We even found 2 additional bands in the unit when we first got there. We will be back to this resort, but NOT through this horrible company. I should have read other reviews before booking because it seems other guests have had the same negative experiences I have.

We love the villa.
Communication was difficult at first then on the day of arrival I finally got up with someone who was great. Getting extra charges for each person and parking and pool passes I thought were a bit much after we paid a bit to begin with. We will come back to the villa again but probably not that property.

Our condo had everything we needed and was emaculate and clean. The property and pool is gorgeous. There are permanent grills which made cookin in excellent if we didn't want to go out. We checked in on a holiday and noone was there to assist with check in which getting our parking a pool passes difficult but a quick phone call with a property manager got us squared away. We would stay again

Get another place !
Condo was good one one side but very run down on the master bedroom side smelled like mold and cigarettes. We got locked out of condo and took 3 hours to get a hold of anyone to help us. No parking pass was given out and all cars were getting ticket for not having pass. Charged us a 125 fee for leaving towels in dryer, a broken wrist band, and a scratch that we somehow did in glass? I would def go to this location again but I would find another place to stay!!!!

Dirty place with poor customer service from the management company
What a disappointment! This place is absolutely filthy with cockroaches running in the bathroom, mold in the shower, dirty floors, holes in the sheets, mattress with stains, old and dirty comforter as if it hasn’t been washed at all. We contacted the management company/owner as soon as we discovered the poor condition of the unit, but nothing was done to fix the issues. Please save your money and stay away from this place!

Nice property right on the beach. The owners were very responsive. The condo was well stocked with necessities which we appreciated. Great pools. Our balcony viewed The ocean and the courtyard. We could watch the live entertainment at splash restaurant from our balcony. Overall a nice place but priced a bit high particularly with resort fees added in.
