Summer Palace is a very nicely appointed 3-bedroom direct oceanfront townhome located in North Topsail Beach. This unit sits directly on the ocean with the beach access only steps away and its positioned precisely for maximum views. There are 5 large decks with three on the oceanside and two facing the sound side. To the rear of the property, on the sound side you will be able to enjoy a nice community waterfront gazebo which offers peaceful; and relaxing views of the salt marshes as well as the Intracoastal Waterway.
Once you enter the unit from the first living level you will find two nicely appointed bedrooms with one facing the ocean (queen bed) and the other facing the Intracoastal side of the property (2 twin beds). The oceanside bedroom provides direct access out to a private balcony overlooking the ocean and is equipped with a flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. This level also has a full bath with tub and shower combination to accommodate these two bedrooms. This level also has a laundry area which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
As you move up to the second living level you will find the living room, dining and kitchen area as well as a convenient half bath. The living room provides ample seating for enjoying family time together while watching a movie on the flat screen TV. There is also WiFi provided throughout the property. From the living room you will have direct access out to a large oceanfront balcony where you will find plenty of comfortable seating. This balcony provides a great place for having that morning cup of coffee while enjoying those early morning sunrises.
To the rear of the living area is a large kitchen and dining area. Here you will find plenty of space for preparing those great family meals. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations as well as all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender. There is a pantry in the kitchen which allows extra room for food storage. The dining area is set up to seat 8, with 6 at the dining table and 2 at the kitchen bar area. Just off the kitchen is a large deck that faces the Intracoastal side of the property and is equipped with comfortable seating and can also be utilized for extra dining.
The third and final living level is completely dedicated to the master suite which has a private balcony where you will experience absolutely mesmerizing ocean views. This bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a large private bath with double vanities and a large walk-in glass shower. You will also find a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, a large closet and various night stands, lamps and dresser. This master suite has its own separate Air Conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer nights.

ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
