"We loved Smithville. Perfect location to KC. No complaints but just want others to know it is a lived on property and close to airport so there is a lot of noise and air traffic. I sleep thru everything so it didn’t bother me! Great place if you want to kick back and relax all weekend for sure! "

"Description of house was as described. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location of house was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of KC. The only thing I would probably suggest would be for the cleaning fee paid of $150, I would expect house to in perfect condition. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out and I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them. But I am super picky about cleanliness. "Went for the chiefs game. Had a blast. Came back to a clean comfy bed. Just as advertised. Parking lot and navigating the back alley was a little rough as far as terrain goes but it was doable. Was able to get to the stadium in 25 minutes in pretty thick traffic. Hopefully we will be back soon for another game. Go Chiefs!!!!"

"We stayed here with 5 adults total (plus our dog) and felt like there was plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and the linen provided were clean and plentiful. We did have a delay on when the code for check-in was provided (I believe there may have been a glitch in the app), but upon texting the number provided they responded pretty quickly with the info. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt like the host was great at checking in on us, would definitely stay again!"
