The Ossi cabin is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Take in beautiful, panoramic mountain views and trek along scenic hiking trails. The property includes parking for boats and trailers as well as a charcoal grill and fire pit. Modern amenities such as Internet (surfing only, not for work or streaming), hot tub, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer ensure you the comforts of home.

WONDERFUL 19th Wedding Anniversary Get Away
My husband & I rented this cabin for Valentine’s Day 2024 & fell in love 😍 So when our anniversary came around we decided to spend it at this cabin. The seclusion, peace & quiet & the view was just what we needed! We plan to rent this cabin again for our 20th wedding anniversary as well ❤️

Great weekend getaway/remote work site
I was working in the area and happened to discover this lovely little gem of a cabin. It was the perfect place to call home base while we both worked remotely (I in the surrounding countryside and her from the cabin). It was made even better by the cabin and property itself. The rear porch overlooking the vista and rolling pine-covered hills was a highlight. After watching the sun set in the evening, we poured a couple glasses of wine and enjoyed the hot tub. Despite another cabin nearby on the same property, we never had contact with anyone the entire time we were there, making it feel like we had a few thousand acres of backyard to let the dogs (and our imaginations) run free. Im so glad I chose this over the other overpriced options in the area. I seriously doubt they would've been as perfect as The Ossi.

Peace and Tranquility
Perfect secluded cabin for two. Scenery was beautiful. Plenty of deer, birds and rabbits spotted along the property. Sunsets from the hot tub were breathtaking! About a 30 minute drive from Hochatown. We were very happy with the secluded location away from all the hustle and bustle of the summer tourists. Can’t wait to come back to this cabin!

Left on a sour note
Stayed in Ossi three nights this past weekend for our 10th anniversary. Started off pretty good. Cabin was clean and well stocked with essentials. The deck was nice; West side dropped off the mountain with nice sunset views and north and south sides were forest. The problem came on our third and final night. Just up the road by the main gate is a family/group cabin. For the first part of the weekend they had been pretty tame. We could hear them but it wasn't disruptive to the supposed secluded setting. However, on Sunday night they started setting off fireworks. I thought that was a little odd because in the welcome book it specifically says that there's no loud activities allowed. Anyways, this went on and on. By eleven I was texting our host, asking what's going on? I was told that while the cabin was on the same property it had a different owner and there was nothing he could do. Finally at about midnight the fireworks stopped. We got a little sleep until the fireworks started back up at 3am. So, the next day rather than driving home refreshed and relaxed, we got to make the trip sleepy and irritated. It just really put a sour finish on what was going to be a good weekend. If you're looking for a get away and you aren't that concerned with quiet and serenity, then this is a good little spot. If peace and quiet are high on your priority list, then I'd keep looking because from my experience there's a one in three chance you won't get it

Escape the crowds and enjoy sunsets
Ossi Cabin was our choice for our fourth anniversary getaway. We enjoyed coffee and wildlife from the front porch in the morning and beautiful sunsets and night sounds from hot tub on the back deck. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great Get Away
My wife and I needed a few days of downtime and recharge and this cabin fit the bill. Early morning in the 60s drinking coffee on the deck looking over the valley below. Sitting in the hot tub for sunsets. Really enjoyed the place and out stay with everything we needed. Thanks

As expected but strong fragrance smell
Very nice cabin in the woods. Excellent view of the sunset every night. Great for birding, we saw several new ones. Short hikes down to the creeks, but be careful of poison ivy in the woods if you’re not immune. Very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. A couple notes: there is another cabin within eye and ear shot of this one so I would not call it secluded. Also, they use airwicks or other fragrance plug ins. The smell was very strong. We spent three nights and were never able to air it out. This is your warning if you are sensitive to smells and artificial fragrance like me.

We enjoyed getting away and this cabin has gorgeous view. It was very clean but getting a little worn out. Nothing major but just needs to be spruced up a bit. Dinnerware chipped, towels with holes, and the smell of moth balls. Again, it was good for what we needed and the seclusion is nice. We would just bring febreeze next

Perfect escape!
The Ossi was an excellent little cabin for a quick getaway. It's close to Beavers Bend and Hochatown, while still being secluded and private. The major bonus was the property that included several trails with access to streams. Trent was also able to accommodate me with a scheduling conflict that popped up after booking. I can't recommend this enough!

Peace & Quiet
This cabin was the perfect place for us to find some much needed peace & quiet with a lot of relaxation. The beautiful view from the deck and the wonderful hot tub made it so easy to just stay. The cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay without having to run into town for every little thing. We used the charcoal grill both nights, but there are lots of restaurants in the area that looked good. The bed was very comfortable. We never turned the TV on so no reviews on that. We did some hiking around the property which was very pretty. The creek leading to the river was a place I could sit for hours. Aside from birds we did not see any wildlife, which could have been due to the time of year but was unusual. Seemed like the perfect place for all types of wildlife. The drive through the mountains nearby was very nice. Overall, another great trip to Oklahoma.

Seclusion, seclusion SECLUSION!!!!
This cabin is AMAZING! Gorgeous views, very nice & clean. Comfy bed & living room furniture. Only regret is that I didn’t book it longer! Absolute must for a peaceful getaway for two 🥰❤️ You will have to drive to get to all the restaurants & attractions (about 30-35 minutes) but we didn’t care about that & had no interest in crowds as we went to relax, unwind & enjoy each other. Our host Trent was very nice & accommodating. We will be back again!! Just a heads up for future guest, the road to get there is narrow & dirt, although well maintained, if you have a car low to the ground you need to be extra careful in some places. Those dirt roads are well worth the drive to this amazing cabin!

The cabin had a beautiful view! There is one cabin in the area but was not occupied so we were completely secluded. Cabin was nice and clean. We did not have wifi and the movie box wasnt working. We went for peace and quiet so we didn't even reach out to see if it could easily be corrected. We really enjoyed our time!

Great views of the hillside ,great sunsets with the hot tub , had no problem finding everything you might need while staying some where. Really secluded away from everybody.
