Sunset Peak Smithfield

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The location and views were fantastic! The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with easy access to hikes, shopping, and activities. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and relaxing evenings on the patio, taking in the stunning views from the backyard. The house was exceptionally clean, and the host provided clear checkin/checkout instructions and responsive communication. We had a wonderful time!

Home away from home with a convenient location to Utah State University

This property exceeded our expectations, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Our family loved gathering in the cozy living room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and Utah State graduation ceremonies. The kitchen was just the right size for prepping meals, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked dinners together. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights for everyone.One of the standout features was the outdoor space, where we soaked in mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Perfect Stay

I was very impressed by this property. Not only was it a beautiful location and 45 minutes or less from two skiing spots, but the hospitality of the hosts was incredible. They left a personalized note and the home had just about everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this basement location of the home - it was exactly what we needed for a perfect family vacation celebrating my dadā€™s 55th birthday.

Hidden gem!

We visit Cache Valley often and have stayed in a variety of places. This home, by far, is the cleanest, most comfortable and beautiful home weā€™ve ever stayed. This property is stunning inside and out! The hosts were very communicative despite that I was not due to being very busy. The check in and check out was simple and easy to achieve. The home was clean. The outdoor patio was extremely dusty, but I did still sit outside and enjoy the view. The sunsets were beautiful! Love the way the home is styled. Outstanding Unit in Smithfield UT

This is an outstanding unit with many next-level features, such as soft-close drawers, cabinet doors and toilet seats, elevated & dual bathroom sinks, new kitchen appliances, nice dual K-Cup/carafe Keurig coffee maker, large flat screen TV, and more. The view of Cache valley from the patio is spectacularā€”we spent several mornings drinking coffee on the patio watching the sunrise across the valley. Communication with the host was outstandingā€”zero issues. We would definitely check the availability of this unit on future visits to the area.
