"The room was smaller than expected, but was clean and comfortable. The staff worked hard to get people checked in though the computers were down. They maintained a pleasant and professional attitude even though it was stressful for them. We enjoyed our stay."

"We are local to this hotel. We stayed 1 night as we lost power. People in tire area are not known for being too friendly. Honesty, if i didn't know better, I wouldn't have thought I was still in Scranton. The young man at the desk (I believe his name was Tyler) was fantastic. Very friendly, willing to do anything to help us. The cook at the breakfast place also so nice to my young daughter. Everyone was really great. Bartender at the restaurant ( long haired gentleman) also very accommodating....

"This property was a find for us, who travel with our dogs. The cabin was comfortable, clean, quiet and convenient to Hawley where we were meeting with relatives. The only concern we had was with communication. We had some specific questions which could not be answered by Expedia but were answered when the "owner" replied to our weekend queries. Upon arriving, there was no one to check us in, and only by chance were we able to flag someone down to charge our card, and more importantly, give us...

"So I’m a college student that comes out here for my bf’s football games, and I stayed here prior to their renovations and I will say the rooms were definitely in need of some tlc… doable for a goods night sleep. But I just visited again and stayed here and OH WOW the renovations did wonders, the room was very nice and new. And also didn’t stink! As some of these other reviews say!"
