This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! "Property owner thinks they can keep all of your money even though a natural disaster happened during the time you were supposed to be there. So, basically, if the weather could kill you, you either take the chance of dying or have your money taken from you for absolutely nothing.
