"We were 2 couples (brother and our spouses) along with our 18 yo grandson. Check-in was clear and seamless. Great location! Near Leopold's, a variety of restaurants, river walk, hop on, hop off bus tours, DOT free buses, easy walk about city. Typical city noises but nothing too disturbing. Large rooms, comfortable beds and a sofa sleeper."

The beach was clean and the neighbors were friendly. Patti was very helpful, and her place is squeaky clean with many thoughtful touches that give it a homey feeling.
