"Amazing unobstructed views of the beach and perfect beach access. We had our own spiral staircase to the beach from the deck. The condo is in need of lots of upgrades/repairs as many things are older and worn. However, it was clean and bug free."

"Our host was great. The condo was beautiful. Great views, very clean & comfortable. But the racquetball club/ HOA rules were ridiculous. No smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. Not even outside. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property. You have to park it down the road and walk back to the condo. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had to meet the delivery driver at the gate because food delivery is not allowed on the property. I highly recommend our host but not this...

"Could not have been any more pleased with our stay. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about what a great location this is. It was very easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. "

"We were able to walk to all the best points of interest. Parking was a challenge arriving on Sunday afternoon in a busy tourist area. It would be a good idea to give directions to the parking lot on Whitaker Street which is very close. Also, make it clear the street goes through from Bay Street to River Street because it appears to be a dead end. Really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. Everything we neede was available in the unit. Rugs and Curtains need cleaning. Overall, a good...
