"Bob W was a great place to stay in the middle of the city center of Turku. The place was quiet, clean and the room was wonderfully designed. The neighborhood breakfast arrangement and complimentary gym card worked very well - a great way to use the city and taste new food. There were however some information I wished I could find in advance, such as the location of the luggage room (6th floor). There were also too few luggage lockers, so I hope more are available for safe keeping in between...

"Ensinnäkin asiakaspalvelusta 10pts! Aivan mahtavaa ja joustavaa palvelua! Huoneisto oli tosi kiva ja siisti ja kaikinpuolin uudenveroisessa kunnossa. Itse majoittumisesta ei mitään valitettavaa! Ainoastaan yksi asia jäi hämmentämään oli ravintolapalvelujen puute...ruokaravintolat aukesi lauantaina vasta klo 15 ja sunnuntaina eivät olleet auki ainutkaan... vaikka olisikin hiljaista niin tämä puute saa miettimään tuleeko uudestaan. Kuitenkin kun hotelliin majoittuu viikonlopuksi niin kyllä sitä...

"With probably the best location for a visit in Turku, right next to the market square, inside the Hansa bulding, Forenom Apartment hotels provides all the budget traveler needs. The room itself was imho perfect considering the price. Nothing was brooken or looked worn out, unlike the condition of another rivaling hotel chain with the same business strategy. The beds were nice enough, access to basic kitchen stuff, and private laundry machine in the bathroom. The bathroom was very good too....
