"Our family vacation of 8 adults and 9 children was fantastic. The pool was perfect for many volleyball games and enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards provided. We used chef Aaron for 5 of the 7 dinners and was outstanding. Ellen was there to help with anything including help organizing a special 50th anniversary party. Thanks to all for a memorable stay"

"We stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful house right on the beach. Our children (6,9,11) loved going outside the back door and playing in the water, the sand, and lounging in the hammock. " I highly recommend Villa Rising Sun. Mark and Sabrina were both interested in everything we did, but also to make sure we had no needs or issues (which we didn’t). The listing is very accurate as the house. Very clean and well-located to Hopkins. We rented a golf cart and that was all you really need unless you want to venture further away.Great things about the place - the dock has a regular flow of manatee. We saw several. Also, the tarpon and yellow jacks at night are a blast to watch....

"Relaxing time! Highly recommend this VRBO!Great staff, Macario was there for any need that arose. "Property owner had a pipe bust at original property prior to our arrival. Rental manager called and emailed about upgrading and the recommended property was amazing. Host has someone meet you at property on arrival to walk you through, checks in you and Jessie made some wonderful recommendations. "We had a great stay! House was very clean. Excellent communication with Heather and Luti. We stayed on the ocean side for the first half of our stay, and it was nice to stay on the Lagoon side the second half and enjoy the Mountain views. Very quiet with no road noise. Lots of fun touches that families would enjoy, pool, kayaks, bikes, big Jenga…We biked to the bakery close by for great cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins. Took a 3 hour ATV ride through the jungle that my kids ages 14-25...
