With the Deschutes National Forest in your backyard, this well-appointed traditional Black Butte home is surrounded by ponderosa pines. A great place to settle in after a wonderful day taking in all the ranch has to offer. Enjoy the forest view from the back deck. Open-concept kitchen, dining area, & wood-beamed living room with wood stove. In the loft, you'll find games, a game table, and seating to watch TV. A spacious master with en suite & private deck is located upstairs.
When you walk in the front door you are in the entryway with a king bedroom on the left and on the right a full bathroom down a small hallway to the bunk room with 2 bunk beds that sleep 4. Then you can go upstairs where you have the large master bedroom with a private deck and en suite with shower (No tub). this is to your left and the view is of the trees. On the other side is a room with a double bed and then a full bathroom upstairs but not connected. The loft area with TV, and game table are up there. Go back downstairs and you are in the living room, dining and kitchen. The back deck has 2 tables with chairs and a grill. The laundry room is off the kitchen and the garage is for the owners only.
You have access to the house, but not the garage.

Most people bike to and from where they want to go on the ranch with bikes they bring themselves or rent from the ranch. Cars as well and lots of walkers. Guests can park in designated spaces and locations. Never park on the street or off the driveways.
We will be collecting the ranch resort fees inside of your reservation. If you've stayed at the ranch this is a new system as of January 2024.
12% resort is added to your reservation on most platforms, $12 on other and the rest will be added is added added 10 days before your stay. This is a fee charged by Black Butte Ranch that they want homeowner to collect for them.
