"The room with the private pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant is great, the menu amazing and the service is word class. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of. "

"Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...

"What a great place, the owners make to so! Everything was perfect! Hope to return one day! The construction has really impacted them... Had to drive along the closed road to get to them when we went... Said it's been under construction for 4 years! Gonna be a super freeway by there someday."

"I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable — such a great surprise! One of my favorite parts was the beautiful forest surroundings, where is thewe could see hummingbirds flying around all the time. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! "

"Really nice hotel! the superior rooms are super spacious with a beautiful view. Pool and jacuzzi are really nice, and the whole environment is awesome if you want to relax. Orioles nests all over and even a resident sloth! Bird viewers will have a great time!"

"Kleines Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern. Nett eingerichtet mit toller Dachterasse. Parken nur an der Straße, wobei das Hotel beim Kaufen des Parktickets behilflich ist. Tolles Frühstück wird in einem nahen Café serviert. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Personal zu einem extrem günstigen Preis. "

"This hotel is directly on busy street with a lot of trucks and buses coming day and night. So noice is disturbing. Additional problem: the restaurant. They just don’t know how to cook. We made an error by having a dinner there: the meet was oversalted and the fish was like rubber. "

"Nous avons réservé une chambre avec 2 lits double avec balcon vue sur les montagnes. Notre chambre avait 1 lit double et 2 lits superposés, aucune fenêtre ni balcon, et le dessus de notre porte n'était pas fermé donc on entend tous les bruits de l'hotel et de la ruelle.. C'est plus comme une auberge de jeunesse. L'air commune est très bien, belle vue, hamacs, 2 balcons. En pleine ville."

"L'emplacement est très beau, la famille Salazar très accueillante. Les rues sont très étroites et non indiquées, il est difficile de circuler et les stationnements plutôt limités dans la ville. Peu de restaurants ouvert pendant notre court séjour."
