We picked this hotel and paid more than what we would have for a standard room in Sioux Falls for access to the waterpark. When we arrived, there was a tiny printed sign at the desk that the waterpark would be closed for planned maintenance during the duration of our stay. No one called and the front desk just shrugged when we arrived. We paid $50 to use the pool down the street. I inquired about getting some money back on our second day and the front desk staff had trouble maintaining a conversation and could use some coaching on basic customer service. Thankfully Expedia was helpful.
