Rustic country house with private pool for 6 people, located in Siorac en Périgord in the heart of the Périgord Noir region. Set in large grounds, with a pond, this substantial property is ideal to recharge your batteries.

This house will welcome you with simplicity and pleasure. The owners have made a point of furnishing the house to personalise it and give it a unique character.

A short flight of steps leads to the front door, the ground floor opens onto an open plan kitchen/dining room with a corner snug.

From the kitchen, a door leads to a sunny breakfast room, where steps lead to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The main living room is adjacent to the kitchen and features double doors leading out to an immense covered balcony which overlooks the grounds, pond and views.

From the living room, a first set of stairs leads up to a mezzanine room with two single beds, overlooking the kitchen and dining room. A second staircase leads down to the garden level. On this level, there is a small rooms with 2 single beds for children, a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

In the garden, sheltered by a hedge, the swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. A large private park with pond ensures you privacy and tranquillity.

The property also has an additional cottage that can sleep 2 people.
The cottage, is fully equipped with a lounge (beware of the low ceiling), a bright and original kitchenette, a shower/toilet room and a mezzanine double bedroom.

The price is based on a capacity of 6 people in the main house.

Options are available for this property:

- Linen pack: includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).

-The cottage: Please note that the buildings can only be booked by the same group.
