"Very nice comfortable room (room 57), very spacious, comfortable bed, and nicely designed bathroom. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast was lovely and the service was excellent. My only slight criticism was the bright green light on all night in the room which was distracting."

"The staff lovely,, I felt really welcome, they genuinely care about their customers, it was nice to chat to them,, they answered any qs& queries, the room was stunning, I was put in the nicest room, breakfast come with the stay, it's a wedding venue, it's nice to see the guest get ready for their weddings, there's a town 30mins down the rd, with a nice Romanian cafe, The reason why I didn't score it 10/10 was just because from the motorway, the fumes got in to the room.. we were put right next...

"It was a very nice place to stay at a reasonable cost. Ideal location near to Cooling Castle were able to walk back after the wedding well with a torch. Staff were all friendly. Would recommend."

"Lovely hotel and staff. I spent a few nights in a double room. It was clean, quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The bar is handy for a Sunday afternoon with a great out door seating area. Breakfast was great too. Lovely and friendly staff. Good all round."

"There isn't a minibar in the rooms and it's very hard to get bottles of water. The Gym is always very full, as is the pub and the restaurant, mostly with no guests. So, after a long day of work, you arrive at the hotel and have to struggle to get some food. The employees from the pub/restaurant are very unfriendly."
