"The property manager was friendly and helpful! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed! We were able to bring our dog. The upstairs doesnt overlook the living room, it is private which was a plus! Dont hesitate, book it! Great place, great time!"

"My husband and I stayed here for a few days during October. This was our first visit to Arkansas. Magnolia Cottage was a perfect place to stay for 2 people. "My husband and I loved staying at the upstairs hideaway. The first positive we noticed after arriving was that it was nice and clean. You can tell that the host took the extra time to make sure that even the small things were taken care of. Aside from the hideaway being so clean, it was a comfortable place to stay. "My elderly parents, sister and I celebrated my parents 72nd anniversary at this gorgeous property. Our mornings and afternoons spent having coffee on the deck while overlooking the river was so relaxing. As an added bonus we picked a perfect time of the year to stay as the Fall foliage was beautiful. Thank you Lori for being so attentive.
