"Welcome gifts for me and a lovely note attached to some home made doggy treats for my fur baby. The well set up comfortable home is in an amazing position with water views. If you have trouble with movement the outside stairs are steep but not insurmountable. Sand castles and water play are so close with the Snowy River out the front of the property only metres away."

"Just perfect. Beautiful modern, clean and comfy. Quiet but just a stones throw to the shops and restaurants. Spectacular view all day. Native birds galore. Restful yard with sun and shelter. Definitely the most relaxing break we have had in a long time. Highly recommend, couples of all ages."

"Accommodation was excellent except the third bedroom was advertised as a twin room not a double bed and upper bunk. As the four of us are all over 70 years old a twin room would have been better. Unfortunately there was a very large fire on the Saturday night directly behind the neibours house that we had to report to the fire brigade after waking up the neibours. Apart from this the house was excellent and we would be very happy to stay there again. like to stay there again next year"

"Lovely location and overall house. No terrestrial channels on the TV and toilet had an empty fragrance thingy, lots of dust under beds and coffee plunger was used with remnants of coffee from previous guests left inside. Overall nice stay but the key down was cleanliness."
