"This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. "

"We spent ten days in june 2025 at this home. Pool was amazing as was the location. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!"

"Lisa was a dream to communicate with. The property has stunning views of the water and of the departing planes. The breeze keeps the patio pleasantly cool even in the heat of day. Plenty of beach bars within walking distance and easy cab rides elsewhere. We loved it! "

"The owner was very responsive before and during my stay. The place was exactly as described. It is located in the heart of Simpson bay. Short drive to the airport. Everything met my expectations! Will stay again. "

"The accommodations were comfortable and had plenty of amenities. The view and morning Sunrise were spectacular and a highlight of the property! We enjoyed the family of Iguanas who frequented to rock ledges over the bay just past the deck and pool. The only downside to the place was that it was in need of some TLC and repair in some ways, but overall we were happy and felt that the location and comfort factor made the value very good for the money. "Reasonable. The big positive aspect of this hotel is the customer service. Everybody is willing to help, Is kind and has a smile on their face. Latoya from the front desk and Cristina on housekeeping deserve 10 starts each. The hotel needs an update and maintenance. Some balcony doors have the locks and/or handles broken. Everything in the room is outdated. There were maintenance topics I needed assistance with (lamps broken, remote w/out batteries, no enough pressure on water) that were taken care of however I would expect this is handled by proactive maintenance rather than having the guest finding and reporting the issues. Even when the beach is one building ahead it’s not the nicest beach on the island. We ended up renting a car and going to other beaches. "
