The property has a large Mango tree, banana tree, berry trees, several big and beautiful Flamboyant trees and arrangement of flowers and plants surrounding the property. Unlike most places in Sint Maarten there is an abundance of green lawn and many trees and plants, yet they all blend in with the home and the unobstructed view of the Caribbean Sea. The Villa is very private with a large pool and one has no issue in sunbathing without having to worry about neighbors. There is a large outdoor under roof living area with dining room table and chairs, lounge chairs, BBQ to make all your outdoor living more pleasant. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms have their own ensuites bathrooms and two have sea views. All bathroom are finished in Travertine Polished tiles. All bedrooms include top quality Tommy Bahama top end bedroom furniture and all include top end mattresses and linens for your comfort. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning, LED TV's. The master bedroom ensuite boasts sinks for two along with a steam shower for two and bathtub. There is also a private balcony off the bedroom to the west wing of the villa.
The living room has incredibly high cathedral ceilings all finished in Cedar and the room is huge covered with Bamboo hardwood floors and is air conditioned. Only panoramic views of the sea through the glass sliding doors. There is a very high end Onkyo Surround Sound system along with JBL speakers and sub woofer. There is a 60" Sony TV along with streaming from our android box or firestick, there is an over abundance of selection of movies and sports to choose from. The living room is furnished with a top end leather sectional over bamboo floors and finished with hand made wood painted furnishings from Spain. The kitchen is an open concept kitchen overlooking the living room with it owns breakfast bar and chairs, 6 burner gas stove, oven and microwave. We have every appliance you could ask for including an air fryer. There is a washer and dryer along with an exercise room with several machines. The villa is gated and has 6' wall around it for the ultimate privacy. There is also plenty of parking . . We can arrange baby sitting services. The villa also comes equipped with a baby crib and high chair. We have internet service and just added Starlink Satellite. The villa is luxurious and very easy to relax in.
