"We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE."

"Our host was so friendly, let us in early using remote check-in process. We were free to come and go as we pleased and felt safe leaving our belongings. Had basic toiletries available and A/C unit was configurable. Internet and Roku TV were great for some late night entertainment. I think all we were missing was a mop as we like to walk with shoes off indoors."

"We follow the policy of the house. But the old woman next door is a Karen. She acts like she own the place. Taking pictures of our cars even tho we are allowed to park at the drive way. We have to go through the garage per request by the property manager. But we have to go out in the side so that we can have access to the beach. The old woman was taking pictures and video of us! Very creepy!"

"The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room...

"Central location in Laurel Canyon, high on a hill with amazing views from almost every room. Terrific Kitchen and stove, Friendly Host and found the property fairly easily. Know that you are in a very windy hillside area and narrow streets for parking. I had a full size SUV and it made it through with no issues. Highly recommended for up to three couples each with own bedroom and bath and plenty of space and spaces to hang out"
