Pet Friendly Family Mountain Home with private hot tub!

Our beautiful mountain home is now available for your vacation stay. It is in a great location allowing it to be "Base Camp" on days that everyone wants to do something different. This home is close to 6 World Class ski resorts including Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail. There are other activities such as local recreation centers with pools and a tubing hill at the Frisco Adventure Park.
Enjoy Lake Dillon by renting a kayak, biking around the lake or on into Breckenridge on a paved bike trail. Green Mountain Reservoir is not far and they have all the water sports you can enjoy! You can prepare your own meals at home, or visit local restaurants in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge.

This property features a beautiful front lawn, 4 car heated garage with additional parking available outside, This home has 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus an additional bunk room with enough space for the whole family and then some!

The bedrooms and decks have absolutely stunning views of Buffalo and Red Mountains. Grill your favorite foods along with your fresh catch on the deck in the summer and enjoy your burgers and steaks in the winter after a day of skiing or riding on the mountain. There is a secondary fire pit on the lower level, perfect for smores or drinking your hot chocolate on chilly winter evenings! HD flat screens in each bedroom, main floor and in the lower level which include cable and DVD for entertainment. Pool table with optional ping pong table top to keep everyone in the family entertained. This is a family friendly home, with 3 different levels to accommodate several families or groups. Large quarter sawn oak table with seating for 10, plus 6 stools at the kitchen bar. Full service kitchen with necessary utensils, pans, crockpot, blender, waffle maker and coffee pot, and full kitchenette in the family game room downstairs. This home is also kid friendly, with art supplies, kid cups/plates/bowl and utensils, and games.

A White Thanksgiving
We had an amazing time. The house was the perfect size for our family to spend the holiday with family. The 19 inches of snow made it even better. It's location was perfect close to all the things you could want to do while visiting Colorado. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location but lacking several things
Beds were comfortable, location was great with lots of wildlife. Tvs are impossible to work grill would not get over 300 degrees. Great hexclad pans. Stove lacking. You cant walk on the deck without shoes because its in poor shape. An EXTREME nosey neighbor who made sure she was the "Neighborhood watch". She made sure we knew she was the only one who lived in the neighborhood. We were not impressed with the hot tub the cover is old and waterlogged extremely heavy to lift. No propane in downstairs pit plus. Outdoor furniture not comfortable. Floor tiles broken in kitchen extremely sharp. I would not stay here again

Winter Holiday
We had a nice family holiday in Colorado. The house and neighborhood are very nice. It is close to everything in town and centrally located for easy access to Breckenridge, Frisco and Keystone. The house is well appointed with a full kitchen, lots of beds and linens. The large garage was convenient to keep cars and luggage out of the snow. This is a great place for a big group.

Quiet and relaxing despite needed maintenance
There were 8 of us staying here (4 couples) celebrating our parent's 70th wedding anniversary and Dad's 90th birthday. We get together every year to enjoy the Fall and each other while our parents can still travel. Each place we rent must have a relatively flat entrance and a bedroom, kitchen, dining and living area on the main floor. Also must have a dining table for at least 8, a hot tub and an outdoor deck with a view that all 8 can enjoy together. This place met our basic needs except for the deck and view but we made do. Being in the trees with some views was ok and relaxing. Bonus was the pool table and ping pong and two car garage we could use. The bedrooms had three kings and one queen. One bath had to be shared which was ok. Disappointing was the condition and maintenance for the price paid. The decking around the hot tub was coming off. The huge west living room windows were dirty with no coverings on the top making cooking dinner in direct sunlight very bright and difficult. The grill looked bad but worked well. Exhaust fans in bathrooms needed cleaning. A spare fan in a bedroom was loaded with dust. The bed frame in the queen room had a strip ripped off and you could get a splinter if you brushed your leg against it. The closest shelves in the queen room were cheap and broken. The jack and Jill bathroom window is rotting at the bottom. Just a few of the things we noted and didn't expect. Granted the elements are rough on mountain properties and this is an older property (1998). All in all we had a great relaxing time despite the distractions. Despite seemingly good instructions the living room TV was a challenge with 5 remotes to turn on, find channels and control volume. I can send pics on the maintenance items if desired. Again we had a good time and there were some great amenities (well stocked kitchen and the downstairs game room) but the numerous property needs were too noticeable and somewhat disappointing for the price paid compared to other Summit County properties we have stayed at.

Unkept property with major problems
We stayed at the property in August for a family reunion. Property is spacious but is not maintained properly, we had several problems: 1/ house was not cleaned well, including dirty sheets with hair (!) on two beds. 2/ the windows in two rooms were jammed and could not open. The house does not have air conditioning and since we stayed there during the summer the rooms were terribly stuffy and impossible to sleep in. 3/ one bedroom literally had a hole in the ceiling (looked like a fan was removed) and patchwork that was not fixed. 4/ living room carpet had nails sticking out of it that cut my son's feet. The house owners refused to compensate us for all of these despite our request thru the maintenance company. Beware.

Disappointed in the home.
Water stains on ceiling of main floor bedroom. Several windows were broken and would not open. The main floor bedroom window was broken, therefore it was very hot and we had to buy a fan for air circulation. Entry chandelier was loose from the ceiling and hanging loosely. Disappointed in the home and how it was advertised.

Good place
The location was central to several ski hills. The house was nice. Our only significant issue was the hot tub was dirty - we contacted the owner, who said it would be fixed. It was not fixed. we told them at the end that we wanted some money refunded as we specifically got a house with a hot tub, they did refund some money without complaint and apologized. I was very good service.

Wonderful House, Great Location
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood located just minutes from downtown Silverthorne. Fantastic view of mountains out front window. Comfortable furnishings, and although listed as four bedroom, the bunk room downstairs adds additional sleep space. The hot tub, ping pong/pool table and neighborhood hiking trails made it enjoyable to just hang out around the house. Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay here and the easy accessibility to Dillon, Breckenridge, and the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Mountain Home Located Close to Everything
This house is big, cozy, and extremely luxurious. Upon entry your cold winter bones will be warmed by the heated floors, fireplace, wooden ceilings and leather couches. Advertised as 4 bedrooms but it’s really 5 with the bunk room. Entertainment room in the basement is a gear space to enjoy some cocktails, play games, and stretch after a long day on the slopes. 10/10 would recommend anyone with a family group to visit here. Thank you!!

Perfect Family Getaway
What an amazing house and location. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. Words can not begin to capture how beautiful and well kept this home is. It had everything you would ever need and then some. The pool table/ping pong table and hot tub made the evenings even better. We were fortunate enough to see deer outside our window every day. The neighborhood his gorgeous and provided great scenery on our daily walks. This was by far one of our favorite places that we have stayed and we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Excellent central location with access to lots
Large accommodating property with great gathering location for a moderate sized group - 12 in this case. Mostly well stocked for a short stay and close to stores for anything else required. Enough sleep space for all with beautiful location for walks and nature emersion.

This house was beautiful, fully equipped and allowed our 3 pups to join us. It was the perfect spot for our Texas and Oregon to drive and meet for a relaxing time together in beautiful surrounds.

Perfect!
Everything was great at the property. Dave was super attentive and responded to any questions quickly. Location is great, short drive to Breck, Vail, Beaver Creek. Dillon Lake is incredible, do the kayak island tour. Great hiking, biking and outdoors. Enjoyed the house, used the grill, firepit and hot tub almost every night. We had some intense pool tournaments with the family!

Great stay!
The house was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect layout for our family, which included children and infants. The house is close to a number of hiking / biking trails, including 14ers, so that was a huge asset for us. Having access to a hot tub after long hikes was especially appreciated!

This property was excellent for a family stay. We had our 3 grown children and their own families vacation with us for the week. Excellent location for hiking, shopping, train riding, gold mining, and hot springs. We ate most evening meals and breakfasts in with the well equipped kitchen. The deck with hot tub and gas fire pit were used every night as well. We can’t say enough about how awesome this cabin was for our family. This vacation was one of our best 😎

We had the vacation of a lifetime It was enjoyed by all. This beautiful home is centrally located to everything. It was a first for several of our family members to see so much snow. The home and the location was more than perfect!! We cannot wait to book next year!!!!!!!
