Prospector Village is the ideal, affordable Colorado getaway for family and friends. Perfect for Seasonal Summer or Ski Season Rental. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The balcony overlooks the Gore Mountain Range and Lake Dillon. Equipped for time together – there's the fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with flatscreen TV, and plenty of room to spread out – the condo also offers room for everyone: two full bedrooms on 2 levels, sleeper sofa, and two full baths, and the amazing balcony and spacious clubhouse.

Right in the center of it all, in scenic Wildernest and minutes from 5 major ski resorts. Prospector Village is just a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And FYI, we're just 15.1 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.
This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The balcony overlooks Lake Dillon and Gore Range. Centrally located to all ski resorts; can see slopes at Keystone and Breckenridge in Distance. Walking distance to forest trails and wilderness areas. 5 minutes to Blue River, Outlet shopping and restaurants. Eagle's Nest Wilderness boundary, Lily Pad Pond and Buffalo Cabin Trailhead are nearby. Very quiet building.

Parking: 2 assigned spaces in the garage. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs allowed. (NOTE: Parking spots are tight for large vehicles such as a Suburban or Tahoe)

Cozy ski condo in Wildernest

Our family enjoyed this 2-level condo. The unit was clean, quiet, had a good layout and well stocked kitchen. The living room and dining areas were great for hanging out after a day of skiing. The fireplace, washer and dryer and garage parking were much appreciated. Unfortunately we don’t get along with memory foam mattress toppers like the one in the master bedroom.

Great apartment, support should be better

Great apartment overall. The heat in the upstairs bedroom was not working so we had a terribly cold night here in January. I wrote the contact in the middle of the night because i was so cold and he didn't get back to me. I reached out to him next day noon and he told me that there weren't any complaints from the previous guest, he didn't apologize or seem to care much that we were freezing(temps were around -12 even during the day) but they brought a space heater later on, which helped a ton. The windows apparently had been opened a crack by someone before us so that made the apartment freezing when we got there and only when my husband checked all windows did we realize they were opened. Again, great place, great view, communication and support needs improvement.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. Fantastic hiking nearby including trail around Lake Dillon. Lots to do within short drive. Will definitely visit again in the summer.

Very nice place and location.

This is a very nice place and perfect location. The views of the lake and surrounding area were beautiful. We felt really comfortable and had a nice family weekend. We even had a visit from a couple young mouse hanging out in the neighborhood. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was currently unavailable but would love to come back to this property again.

Hot tub is out due to COVID, which is super disappointing when we’re there to ski. And water pressure in showers could have been better. But the location was awesome, beautiful views, space was perfect for our group. Nice to have 2 floors for people sharing space. Was great having a usable kitchen during our vacation. Overall, we loved it and would come again. Near all the major ski areas.

Perfect cozy condo for family trip

Love the cleanliness of the property. It had all the comforts of home available. Great location to Keystone and Breck ski resorts. Parking is covered- which was a plus during our very snowy trip!

Best place for the money with outstanding view!

Nothing too special of a place...but has a well equipped kitchen especially during Covid times! Beds were fairly comfortable, loved having a washer and dryer and fireplace! Only suggestions I have 1)need coat hooks! A great place is on the wall coming in the door, or put over the door racks on every bedroom/closet door. We hung coats and snow pants over the dining chairs. Not ideal. 2)need a dishwasher pod and a new garbage liner for every day we’re there. We stayed 4 nites only had 1 dishwasher pod and 2 garbage liners. If not providing them, plz put that on your information page. 3)include distances on direction getting to the condo. Very hard to find arriving in the dark! Very much enjoyed our stay at this condo and this area! Owners very helpful and reachable before we arrived! Thank you!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed this condo with absolutely gorgeous views of the sunrise every day. The views of Dillon Reservoir with the mountains in the background were also great. Beautiful view...very cozy

Overall a nice place for the money. Had everything we needed to feel right at home. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room. They had all the kitchenware necessary. Location was only a short drive to get into town. Only a few minor things that the owners may want to address. The toilets had a ring around the inside and smelled and there was hair in the tub. I would recommend a few more bath towels. The deck was not cleared off so we were not able to go out on the balcony or use the grill. I did try to contact the managers but the person listed in my email was not in the directory of the number I called so I left a message for another manager but never received a call back. As for the check out instructions everything was clear except for what to do with the dirty towels, we just put them in the washer. It didn’t seem that we could control the temperature very well as the thermostat said it was 73 or so and we turned it down to 60 and it never cooled off. The remote for the cable box in the master bedroom did not work properly.
