LIVING AREA

Unwind after blissful days in front of the gas fireplace in the open-concept living area. Cozy up on the stylish furniture and watch a movie on the smart TV.

Upstairs, a second living space offers a full-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen, appointed with everything needed to create your favorite recipes.

When meals are ready, the table seats eight and the bar seats two.

BED & BATH

This townhome sleeps nine guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Occupying the top floor a twin-over-full bunk bed. (This open space has no door at the top of the stairs.) The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are included in the rental. A high chair and Pack ‘N Play are available upon request.

Parking is available for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway). There is a ski/snowboard rack in the garage.

This townhome has a three-story layout. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Copper Mountain and Keystone are only 20 minutes away, and the slopes at Breckenridge are 30 minutes from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
