"My family of 4 plus mother in law enjoyed 3 great nights at this home over the 4th of July. The house has 5 large bedrooms, which were perfect for our group. In contrast to other places we’ve stayed, the thoughtful hosts provided fans in each room and plenty of towels. Check in was a breeze. And the location is fantastic! The running water from the creek and river and all the area birds provided a relaxing backdrop. The house has a great location - close to Gunnison and an easy drive up to CB....

"We were looking for a pet friendly place to stay. It was the only place that showed up.. we weren’t sure about parking and also unsure about having a handicap child. Everything was great. Parking in the front was easy to get our son in and out of the house. It was a little warm for us the first night but it cooled off and we slept well after that. "
