"We had family business to attend in the area & this was the perfect place for us to stay. The listing was completely accurate and clear. If you are not familiar with the area that the property is located, do your research. I saw that some had complained about the location, but that’s just the area…lol I grew up there. "The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!"

"Great place to stay. Very quiet and perfect for 2 people. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. We will definitely be returning for out next trip there."

"Bright and airy property. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom connects to the master on one side and to the hallway where the 2nd bedroom is on the other side. Fyi, You need to be very tall to turn on the lights for the fire pit, even with a step stool we couldn't reach it and had to call a friend. They had comfy BBQ chairs ready to use and we enjoyed some smores. There were a lot of bugs near the front door, so better to keep porch light off. Easy check in & checkout,...

"My wife and I were very impressed with everything about this home and the organized manner for communication. The house was exceptionally clean. Beautiful view of the pool and backyard/golf course. Everything was as advertised..... "Our 2 week getaway was top notch!! The house was beautiful and very clean. Had everything you could think of for appliances in the kitchen. The owner sent us links to videos on how certain things worked, for instance the TV, the golf cart, etc.This was the best!! Communications and response time with the owner was top notch!! Plus, we had use of the golf cart. We had such a wonderful time and I give credit to the owner for that!! All of this for a great price!! Thank you so much!"

"Overall nice place and very nice host. Place could use some work and detailed cleaning. We saw evidence of past mice (droppings), but no current activity. We also saw a couple roaches (it is Florida), but the pest control sprayed while we were there. I would stay there again."

"Expecting it to be a little dirty and uncomfortable because it was so cheap but just needed to sleep for 5 hours…you can’t beat the price! I was really surprised!!! it’s not perfect, but it’s VERY clean, very usable, very comfortable beds, quiet, staff was very attentive. I was impressed, so clean…no bugs at all. Wawa very close and they deliver. I have since stayed there 3 times."
