"This charming cottage was very clean, had the amenities as listed, well-equipped kitchen, including coffee and tea. Great location. We did not use our vehicles the whole time we were in Mackinaw. When we were getting there Google maps sends you into the drive way of next door but the host was quick to answer our call and give us directions. "Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. "

"We booked this condo mainly because it was dog friendly and allowed more than 1 20 lb dog like some other listings. We liked the location, definitely off the beaten path. perfect for our weekend. The condo was very clean and while some will say it is in need of some updates, our adult children loved the “retro cabin vibe”. Beds were comfortable, lighting could be brighter in the bathrooms but overall no complaints. We would stay there again."
